Do I need to be online to use Physi-Cal?

* If you wish to run Physi-Cal on a computer that doesn’t have internet access we can send you a CD version, please contact us for further details.

Yes. Physi-Cal will check for updates each week. There’s also an update button in the main menu which you can use to check for updates.
How can I make sure I don’t lose my data?
The Physi-Cal help files contain a recommended backup routine that you should follow. A backup should also be kept externally from your computer e.g Disc or external hard drive. The database is encrypted so it can’t be read if lost.
How much does Physi-Cal cost?
Physi-Cal is £30 (approximately $49 US).
Why is Physi-Cal so cheap?
We prefer the word inexpensive! Physi-Cal is designed very specifically as a treatment record programme and appointment diary it does not provide, at this stage, an accounts package or online storage. It is therefore best suited to smaller clinics. We are not a large company ourselves so we cannot offer 24/7 support, although we will help and respond as quickly as possible. If one to one training or support is required we can offer a support package at extra cost. Physi-Cal is very intuitive and our extensive help files should be sufficient to answer most queries.
Can I enter old appointments onto Physi-Cal?
You can enter appointments dating from before you installed Physi-Cal. However please be aware that appointments scroll through in the order in which they were entered. This means that if you want to scroll through the client’s history, you must enter the oldest appointment first and work forward from there.
How do I transfer Physi-Cal from my old computer to my new one?
Physi-Cal is licensed for one computer only. The full version won’t run on a second computer, this is partly why it is inexpensive. Your backup files can be transferred to your new computer. You will then need to contact us to renew your license at half price.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30 day guarantee. If you would like a refund please get in touch via the contact form within 30 days of purchase.
